Tomorrow: METRO CEO on Community Relations

Hello [firstname],

Tomorrow: METRO CEO on Customer Service, Community, Future of Light Rail

Join PRSA Houston tomorrow, Jan. 5, 2011, at its monthly luncheon to hear METRO’s president and CEO George Greanias discuss its public outreach and community relations strategies used to advance METRO's initiatives.

Greanias has led METRO since May 2010. He oversees 3,500 employees and a $1.3 billion annual budget. In his short time at the helm, Greanias has established an ambitious agenda that includes completing the build-out of Houston's light rail, improving customer service and making METRO more transparent to the public it serves.

Greanias is a renaissance man with an intriguing and diverse background. He has worked as a corporate and government regulation attorney, served as a Houston City Council member and Controller, and as a non-profit consultant and assistant professor. He is also an accomplished writer and playwright.
