PRSA Houston Exends Q&A Deadline for Website Redesign RFP

The deadline to submit questions regarding PRSA Houston's Website Redesign Request for Proposals (RFP) has been extended. The new RFP process schedule is as follows:
Feb. 16
RFP question and answer period closes
Feb. 17
Final RFP questions and answers posted under “Documents”on Communications Committee page on PRSA Houston's site
Feb. 25
Proposals to be submitted by 5:00 PM
Mar. 25
Proposals evaluated and narrowed down to 3-5
Apr. 1
Highest scoring vendors invited to meet with committee to present their proposals and answer questions from committee.
Apr. 4
Top three proposals sent to PRSA Board members for review with a committee recommendation
Apr. 6
Final discussion, Board vote and selection of vendor
Apr. 6
Selected vendor notified


All other dates remain the same as noted above.

Questions about the RFP or the RFP review process must be submitted in writing to

PRSA Houston is requesting proposals from vendors to transform into an updated, dynamic site that is both visually appealing and engaging to site visitors. All qualified vendors are invited to submit a proposal for consideration.
