PR Account Director with Energy Experience

We are an international corporate communications company with offices in the UK and Middle East with turnover in excess of $10,000 000 and a staff of 50 +. We will open a Houston office later this year and now wish to recruit an ambitious and talented individual to lead our Houston operation.

Educated to degree level with a minimum 7 years consultancy experience, you will have a proven track record of winning new business and leading accounts preferably in the energy sector. You will be able to demonstrate a keen understanding of the client’s business and the ability to create strategic programs with a result driven mentality that aligns with the client’s goals. You will have the ability to deliver innovative, highly creative solutions for our client’s communication activities.

A highly motivated strategic thinker you must be able to build strong senior-level client relationships, possess heightened interpersonal skills and be able to work on your own initiative. You’ll have experience of working in other communication disciplines including advertising, design, brand & strategy and digital media and you’ll possess strong commercial acumen.

Working closely with colleagues in other regions you will have the opportunity to plan, co-ordinate and lead international campaigns bringing our international presence to the benefit of clients. You will act as our Ambassador and facilitate the correct positioning of us in the market place, helping to shape the reputation and future of the business in the region. You’ll have access to group resources, as well as the expertise that exists in both the UK and Middle East.

You will have the desire to work in a teamwork-oriented environment and make a visible impact - this is an ideal opportunity for an individual who wishes to play an important and leading role in a fast growing international group.
