Pauline’s experience includes working for an international transformational development company as their Communication Program Manager and as a Sr. Manager of Change Management for a major international food distribution company. In addition, Pauline has extensive experience in the behavioral health field working as a Sr. Behaviorist with the Houston Medical Association implementing a successful change-intervention program for the morbidly obese.

Over the past 12 years, Pauline created and successfully executed a leadership development and transformational change consulting practice in Houston, TX. She worked with a diverse clientele both nationally and internationally which encompassed such industries as manufacturing, oil and gas, shipping, financial services, hospitality, retail, pharmaceutical and horticultural landscaping.

Education

Pauline received her undergraduate BFA degree and graduate Industrial and Organizational Psychology MS degree, from Louisiana Tech University and Capella University, respectively. She is currently completing PhD research with Capella University specializing in Leadership Psychology.
