Energy Media Breakfast

With the continued oil slump and slashed marketing budgets, energy and oilfield services companies are more than ever dependent on public relations to gain media coverage and promote their products and services. Learn what stories energy editors are looking for, how they want to be contacted and what mistakes to avoid to effectively earn media coverage for your organization or client. The panel of energy writers and editors, representing the cross-section of the industry, will also discuss the changing landscape of trade media and where the oil & gas industry is going, as well as take questions from the attendees.

Moderator: Ania Czarnecka

Panelists: Suzanne Edwards, energy reporter for the Houston Business Journal; Roger Jordan, associate editor with World Oil; Sarah Parker Mussara, editor at Offshore Magazine; Jennifer Pallanich, US editor for Upstream Technology; and Ben DuBose, digital editor for Hydrocarbon Processing and Gas Processing
