OCCIDENTAL PETROLEUM’S ERIC MOSES TO PROVIDE INSIGHT ON COMPANY’S COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGY
Occidental Petroleum Corporation, one of the largest U.S. oil and gas by market capitalization, moved its corporate headquarters from Los Angeles to Houston in 2014 as it prepared to spin off its California assets into a separate publicly traded company. The spin off was part a strategic initiative to streamline and focus on operations where the company has depth and scale, including the Permian Basin here in Texas and New Mexico. Since its move to Houston, the company launched its Partner of Choice® brand at the time of the spin off and announced a CEO transition. Please join us on Wednesday, May 18, for a conversation with Eric Moses, director, communications and public affairs, for Occidental. Eric will engage the audience in an interview format that will encompass Occidental's communications strategy supporting the company's strategic review, CEO transition and branding effort. To encourage openness and the sharing of information, the event will be held under the Chatham House rule (https://www.chathamhouse.org/about/chatham-house-rule).
