Clean Line Energy - Fall 2016 Communications Intern (Paid)

Job Information

Description

Overview

Renewable energy provides Americans with jobs, clean air, and energy security. However, continued growth of the wind energy industry depends on the expansion of the U.S. electric transmission grid. The United States has some of the best renewable resources in the world, but they are located far from large population centers. The challenge lies in connecting these rich, renewable resources to communities that need the power—a challenge Clean Line is working to address. Clean Line develops long-haul transmission lines to connect the best renewable energy resources in North America to communities and cities that lack access to new, low-cost renewable power.

Clean Line is currently seeking an intern to assist the communications department with marketing, communications and social media projects. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, graphic design skills, and a passion for clean, renewable energy.
