Germania Insurance in Brenham, Texas is currently looking for a Corporate Communications Assistant.

The Corporate Communications Assistant supports the enterprise-wide communications efforts by carrying out duties to keep the communications team functioning.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • handling travel arrangements
  • managing in-kind donations
  • scheduling supervisor’s conferences
  • coordinating meetings with vendors or committees
  • organizing and gathering information for budgets or for specific reports
  • coordinating and managing various projects
  • performing specific administrative duties as requested by the Director of Corporate Communications

Job Requirements

Education Required

A bachelorā€™s degree (B.A.) in Communications, Journalism, or Marketing or related field is preferred or a minimum of 2-4 years experience in a Corporate Communications department preferably within an insurance, financial or technology firm.
