Description:
The HRSS Communications Advisor is responsible for producing and coordinating the distribution of effective global HR communications focusing on areas of change management and overall integrated operations.
Responsibilities may include:
• Ensure communications are consistent with business strategy and values
• Meets appropriate compliance guidelines with legal and government regulations
• Partner with HRSS leads, HR Centers of Excellence (COE), HR vendors, and HR Corporate Communications on the development, production and implementation of communications pertaining to HR policies, process/procedural changes, and benefit plans information which impact HRSS and HR call centers
• Contributing to the writing, editing, proofreading and distribution for HR publications for both employees and former employees such as mailings, web based communications, presentations, mass mailers and other various internal publication needs
• Leading and facilitating the HR Communications Work Group (CWG) to track HR communications including project communications and change management
• Providing project leadership for specific HR communication initiatives to ensure publication deadlines are met
• Collaborate with Corporate Shared Services, Mail Services and/or HRSS vendors on design, publication and distribution of HR publications
• Build strong and positive relationships with customers across organizational lines
