Featured Speaker James Lukaszewski, ABC, APR, Fellow PRSA, will present "How to Develop the Mind of a Strategist." Mr. Lukaszewski will also welcome senior-level practitioners during an exclusive breakfast session to be held prior to the opening of PR Day 2004. Mr. Lukaszewski is a recognized expert in managing and counteracting tough, touchy, sensitive corporate communications issues. His broad-based experience ranges from media-initiated investigations to product recalls and plant closings, from criminal litigation to takeovers.
Keynote speaker Jeff Cohen, vice president and editor at theHouston Chronicle, will discuss the “State of Journalism and How Things Are Changing.”
Craig Varoga, a local political strategist with Varoga & Rice, will open PR Day 2004 with a discussion on “Strategic Messages & Marketing in Modern Presidential Campaigns.” Varoga most recently served as National Field Director for General Wesley Clark''s presidential campaign.
