No sponsor cancellations after 48 hours from commitment.
Registrants may receive partial refunds less expenses incurred up to October 14, 2011, after which no refunds will be given. Substitute attendees will be permitted (with appropriate documentation) until October 14, 2011 at 5:00 pm. If substitute attendee is a not a current PRSA member, nonmember rates will be charged and due with replacement attendee’s document.
